We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Vibrant Market, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Position Summary
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of Vibrant Market’s retail store and spa. This dynamic position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for wellness, supplements, and clean beauty, combined with exceptional leadership and retail management skills.

You will lead by example, delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. If you are a proactive, organized, and inspiring leader with a "can-do" attitude, we’d love to have you join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

  • Serve as an inspiring leader and effective salesperson, supporting the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Address client or staff concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and local businesses for collaborations and events.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Create monthly staff schedules and coordinate 1:1 meetings with the owner for team development.
  • Plan and host monthly performance reviews.
  • Plan and host quarterly team meetings.
  • Organize brand and product training sessions for staff to stay up-to-date on inventory and trends.
  • Lead and motivate the team to maintain high performance and uphold store values.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and proactive resolution of issues.
  • Assist the owner in reordering inventory using Heartland reporting metrics.
  • Ensure spa and store cleanliness is maintained, upholding established protocols.
  • Conduct bi-annual full store inventories.
  • Coordinate maintenance needs, such as A/C filter changes, cold plunge cleaning, and ordering store essentials.
  • Knowledge of Heartland and Vagaro operating systems a plus - or ability to quickly learn.

Marketing & Events

  • Create and manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, and in-store signage using tools like Canva, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with the owner to plan and execute in-store events on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to plan and host pop-ups on a monthly basis.
  • Update website graphics monthly or as needed based on promotions and new product launches.
  • Ensure new product inventory is available for purchase online via Shopify.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience, with a track record of strong sales performance.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about wellness, supplements, and clean beauty.
  • Proficient in tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Vagaro, Heartland, and Canva, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with an innovative and efficient mindset.
  • Flexible schedule with reliable transportation and self-motivation to handle dynamic work demands.
  • Positive leadership qualities that inspire and keep the team aligned with company goals.
