How to Use
You should use the Vertical Spray 4 times a day. Irrigation is best 1-2 times a day. The duration of the protocol is typically not less than 30 days. Optional: Create the irrigation rinse using the NeilMed or Netti Pot bottle (or something similar) and ad 5ml of GlutaStat to this bottle, along with a pinch of pink salt, then top the bottle off with distilled water. Do not use any Mists containing steroids, as they will prevent your immune system from working. Do this for 30 days Netti Pott 5 mil of GlutaStat and Pink Salt Irrigate am/pm each day.
