Ingredients
Natural Seawater (60 mL), Natural Spring Water (40 mL).
How to Use
Use 3–6 times daily. Suitable for adults and children 6 years and older.

Attach the nozzle to the bottle and press until it produces a spray.

Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head slightly to the opposite side.

Press the nozzle and inhale gently while the nasal passage is flushed.

Repeat the process in the other nostril.

Wash the nozzle with soapy water after use.
