How to Use
Take 1-4 pumps directly in oral cavity as needed through the day. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds or longer before swallowing. Repeat for higher dosing. May be taken in 4-8 oz of water or juice. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
