How To Use

Take 1 teaspoon by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing, preferably under the tongue. Repeat to desired dosage or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Take within 10 minutes before meals on an empty stomach. Use within 60 days of opening. If pregnant, consult with physician before using.
