Strands of Sunshine™ - Saffron Threads

Strands of Sunshine® saffron threads are the most raw form of saffron. This form of saffron can be used for infusions, teas, or cooking. To use this product for a medicinal dose of saffron, you will need to use 15 saffron threads per serving, which is the equivalent to the 30mg dose that's proven to support anxiety, depression, hyperactivity, brain fog, inflammation, and headaches.
