How to Use
-Use approximately 1 heaping tsp (2–3 g) of loose tea per 8 oz (≈240 mL) of fresh boiling water.
-Heat water to 200–212 °F (93–100 °C), pour over tea, steep for 3-5 minutes (or longer for a stronger brew).
-Strain and enjoy. Sip slowly, ideally in a quiet moment of ceremony, repeating the mantra: “I am in perfect harmony with love.”
-Optional: Add a touch of sweetener or cream if desired—this blend’s naturally vibrant flavor stands beautifully on its own.
