The tea leaves are carefully harvested and stored in a dark place, only ground to order just before it is sent to our shop for packaging. Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea Powder (100% organic, single-origin).

How to Use

Sift ~½–1 teaspoon (≈2 g) of Matcha into a bowl or cup.

Heat fresh water to ~175 °F (80 °C) — not boiling — and pour ~2–3 oz (60–90 mL) over matcha.

Whisk briskly (with a bamboo chasen or electric frother) for ~15-20 seconds until frothy.

Pour into your favorite mug or bowl and enjoy immediately.

For a longer ritual: you may add hot water for a larger serve, or use this as a base for matcha lattes with your plant-milk of choice.
