Packable: Fold it into a bag and go. It comes back to its shape on its own, which is about as easy as travel gets. It does want room to breathe - a roomy tote, or the top of a case rather than the bottom. Packed tight under everything else for hours it can hold a crease, and a few seconds of steam takes it out. If you want your hat looking box-fresh, carry it instead.
